The past year was unusual for all of us, not only in the professional sphere but also in our personal lives. We are pleased that we managed well in this unusual mode, even with the tightened measures affecting the operations of every company. Our focus was primarily on the production and development of ongoing projects. We successfully completed a project for a Polish customer, where we conducted training and handed over door systems integrated into a tram for the first time via video call.
We actively worked on optimizing our products and sought new partners for collaboration. Providing care for our customers, with whom we are used to operating on a personal basis, was unusual and complicated. Despite limited customer contact, the inability to present our new products and innovations at trade fairs and exhibitions, we did not experience a decline in interest in Elmesy door systems. On the contrary, we were surprised by the great interest in collaboration from international vehicle manufacturers in locations where the ELMESY company had not been previously established.
